New Sponsor Alert – Recycling Metal Industries
Local family owned and operated business, Recycling Metal Industries (RMI) have joined forced with Sherwood Football Club for season 2020 and beyond. Local to the area, General Manager Will Morgan said he was excited to be partnering with the Magpies as he sees the club as fantastic community hub for all locals to the area, not just the Australian Rules fraternity.
Having lived in the area for 15 years, he has watched on with interest as the club (and the rest of the local community) has strongly re-built from the devastating floods of 2011 and felt it was time to get involved in 2020.
“There is a real buzz about the place in the last 18 months, every time I drive past there seems to be something going on! Big crowds flocking to games, enjoying the BBQ Mafia food, live music a great place for a cold beer. I’ve been down for a few games over the years and while I’m a league man myself, I know a good community club when I see one”
RMI are locally owned and operated, but are able to service clients effectively and efficiently all over Australia. They take all kinds of scrap metal and open Monday to Saturday from 6:30am, closing 4:40pm Mon-Fri and 11:40am on Saturday. RMI specialise in the servicing of the scrap metal requirements of the manufacturing and trades sector.

Certified weigh bridges at each site
