Out of Age Group Request Form
From time to time due to a mismatch in registered numbers across age groups, the club may request players to play in a different age group to their nominated AFLQ age group.
Equally, we understand there can be extenuating circumstances that may result in a family requesting that a player play outside their age group (either up or down).
As a general rule, it is the expectation and preference of AFLQ and Sherwood Magpies AFC that players play in their correct age group, however should you wish to request to play in a different age group, this form should be completed below.
